We also offered a barrel base at the lowest possible cost price just to help make up for the situation and gave you an exception in terms of being able to return the items and get a full refund. I am surprised you feel that the way we handled the situation warranted only three stars as the title, description, barrel clearance price and exception to return the item were all offered but thank you again.
